Take this with a heavy grain of salt
DDL plays a pretty misogynist fashion designer who meets a young model, falls in love, and she hooks him onto drugs and they develop some sort of master-slave relationship, with him as the submissive.

Watching It Comes at Night at the local brew/theatre in town and I'm the only person at this showing. I'm gonna be scared AF all by myself lol
 
^great movie. went in on a friend's recommendation. always loved going into a movie blindly.  some good shots on it
 
Not totally surprised with DDL retiring. He acted so sporadically that it felt like at some point he would just walk away and not look back. Hopefully he returns but if not, he'll go down as one of the greats.

Also, I'm disappointed with Lord and Miller leaving the new Han Solo movie. They're the primary reason that I was excited about the movie to see their unique take and style in the Star Wars universe.. but clearly their style and vision clashed with Lucasfilm.

just curious what didnt make sense?

i mean i dont know what the inevitable end game will be or if these people will team up against others or if they'll go against each other (some being the bad guys while others have to protect mankind from them)

but as far as this went, seemed straight forward enough.. not THAT great.. but it was aiiright.. not mind blowing or anything, could have been better

Although, ole variant Megan Fox in that blue dress was about a 57/8. Need to find out who she is.
 
watched GOTG 2 earlier today. easy 7/8. great movie.
watched cars 3 with my fam this evening. wife insisted on an earlier showing to get reclining seats. i have to say that was a solid decision. can't see myself sitting in a regular seat anymore. son loved the movie. 5.7/8. peggy bundy doesn't voice the porsche. that seemed wrong.
