I went in blind since the first trailer a year ago, which basically left me with the HUH face
Since I knew I was going to see it regardless, I didn't feel the need to follow up.
We can speak more once more people see it...the folks I went to watch it with were pretty much split.

Not that I’ve been putting this film off, but it’s finally crawled right up into my lap at 2am, so I’m going to watch it. (Early morning while everyone is asleep is also one of the creepiest times to watch a Horror film)
Sidenote: If the sound is as disorienting and emotionally uncomfortable as Gene Kelly’s MIDSOMAR, I’m about to be wild anxious for the next few hours. Might have to plug in a nightlight(kidding/not kidding)

I’m 30 minutes into “Far From Home” for the first time and so far my main takeaway is that Tomei Aunt May is so hot in those glasses

Nope wasn't scary at all. Someone here mentioned it before, it was more of a real good sci-fi flick than anything. I'd even say more of a western than a horror film 
. It got a little out there and wacky but I liked it. Like Peele's other movies, he does well delivering a lot of meaningful lines throughout.

I have to agree. for me, DEVIL is the best film he ever made compared to his other well-known hollywood work with famous actors on them. despite DEVIL having B-list actors on it, it was very well made. having said that, I was watching clips of it a couple of weeks back.

Copland is good. especially right now considering it pretty much exposed the corruption of the system.

The Gray Man was just okay.
A bit bare bones but I didn't mind it cuz it was straight to the point and straight forward. Criminal turned assassin for the gov feels something is fishy, steals valued item, gets chased most of the movie crazy killer hired by gov to get item back.
Some flashbacks to fill in some relationships and bonds. A lot of action.
Not enough Ana though.
Don't know why these movies/directors slipping on that.
I fell asleep towards the end so I do need to catch how things were resolved though.
Nice 3rd act and climax.
I like how throughout Gosling wasn't really acting The humor and charisma, quiet yet cool personality all reminiscent of previous roles. Meanwhile, Evans is acting his *** off as a pretty dope villain.
Didn't care for the abrupt ending and did not like that chick Henwick was playing at all. Should've died too.

I don't really remember much from Cowboys & Aliens. This wasn't an old cowboy western type tho. Just a horse rancher trying to figure out what's going on and how to deal with what's happening.

the domestic box office numbers for North America wasn't that impressive. for me, that is criminal. freakin Twilight gained more than that at a smaller budget.
