Forrest Gump’s (1994) soundtrack is pretty damn solid in my opinion

The Prince of Egypt is truly a great film. Animated or not. The scale of it, is crazy. And the details, casting, diversity in Egypt and historical realism.

Been fascinated by the Deacon creature from Prometheus, ever since I first saw it. It’s sad they cut his story out. I think you could truly get some outstanding material/series from this. Like, let HBO get the script.

Prometheus is a Top-75 movie yes

The engineer stuff is fascinating, really like Naomi Rapace and Logan Marshall-Green, this movie caught them at a great time.

Theron/Stringer basically playing really small complementary roles but shined. Then David. The whole movie from the beginning all the way to when someone gets Incinerated is phenomenal. The rest is good but not on the same level.

Looks familiar, but I’m sure there’s multiple movies with similar shots in the opening. This is going to bug me until I figure it out

I just knocked out Batman Begins earlier this week. I made the mistake of asking my wife if she wants to watch The Prestige with me. We’ve gotten 1hr 15 mins in in 2 viewings over 4 days cause she gets sleepy . Maybe we can knock it out in another 8 days

The movie the Skulls was the first think I though of, but then I thought the print on the titles looked old so decided that couldn’t be right.

Started up The Firm myself so I could be like the cool kids. Wish y’all had said it was set in Memphis, it’s not too far from me in Birmingham and I would have checked it sooner. This woman walking around with his wife has a terrible accent though

This Scott Burns guy can write film that’s for damned sure.
Sitting here watching CONTAGION again and I just thought I’d check out who wrote it. Started looking at the other films he wrote and there are several I’ve seen(everyone remarkable) but I see THE REPORT.

I might stop CONTAGION and go ahead and start that if another 20minutes passes and I’m still thinking about it.
