Oh I'm sorry, Did I Break Your Conversation........Well Allow Me A Movie Thread by S&T

Caught 310 to Yuma for the first time today.... Don't know why it slipped past me but it was excellent I definitely think I have underrated, Russell, Crowe and his career. He's a fantastic actor and he was great in this one as well as Ben Foster. Christian Bale and well directed by Mangold as well

3:10 to Yuma is one of my favorite films.
I love the setting and the pace.
Love old Western hold ‘em up stories with a Small Town.
Ben Foster was clinical, Crowe was even better than he was as Maximus.

Man, I’m 3minutes in on AMSTERDAM and already I know that this is one thing I should have watched right away when it came out. 😮

LOL Cannibal Westerns are the new Spaghetti Westerns.

AMSTERDAM

What a beautiful Story.
Loosely based on The Business Plot?…!

Yea I never learned about that in Any History Book or Class, but why would I.

Wrong side of History according to the Victors.

Watched this for the first time this weekend too

I was surprisingly entertained because of the Eddie (Cooper’s character) went so many damn different directions in the movie. Deadbeat writer and boyfriend, international playboy, stock broker, financial advisor, junkie in withdrawal, politician. He did it all

Weird list. Lone Ranger is one of the biggest box office flops in the history of film. It lost Disney almost 200 milly. I’m gonna have to watch it one day :lol

Watched 48 Hours and Another 48 Hours in 4K (of course) and these young kids don’t know how great Eddie Murphy was and is. Dude’s run in the 80s and 90s is simply put insane. Nick Nolte was a beast in those movies as well. Who do you guys think is the modern day Eddie?

I don't even know if we have anyone close to what Eddie was. Kevin Hart has the output/popularity but the quality doesn't match up at all.

I've always liked fake advertisements for movies/shows. I know The Boys and Ghostbusters way back when have done these type of things. What are some other ones y'all remember? Not talking about crossover ads, more so ones where they market some obviously fake product, location, etc.
