Comedy is probably my favorite genre. I like other types of movies too, but I tend to re-watch comedies the most. Off the top of my head, some of my favorites are:

Anchorman
There's Something About Mary
Tommy Boy
Blazing Saddles
Pee Wee's Big Adventure
Ace Ventura 1
Austin Powers 1
Friday
Trading Places

And maybe not one of my favorites, but one that I think is pretty underrated is Reno 911 - Assignment Miami Beach. I can understand how someone would think its completely stupid and unfunny, but it cracks me up for some reason.

You still have ID4 #1?  Not me man, I've moved onto to BLA.  Now I would take 35-45 minutes of ID4 and place it somewhere within BLA, and maybe scrap a total of 15 minutes or so of original BLA.  If I were smart, and knew out to work Youtube masterfully, and could edit all the 6-7 movies there together, I would make that movie. 

I agree, I loved Borat.  The dead seriousness he uses in the most uncomfortable settings.  "In my country, she verrrrry good looking.......*points finger to other girl*.......her, not so much"

I love Borat, but not Bruno so much.  That was true even before the movies, when they were just characters on Da Ali G show.  I have both seasons of Ali G on DVD.  For anyone that liked either, or both of the movies, and haven't seen the shows, I highly recommend them.

I liked that he was showing how a good amount of Americans are xenophobic, homophobic, sexist, and anti-Semitic. It takes alot of balls to do what he was doing. The catchphrases aren't why it was so good

Borat was the better movie, but I prefered Bruno's character on the original show. The Bruno movie just kind of skipped ahead and didn't have as good of a story as Borat.

Ska, I can see how that kind of line was unfunny to you, but Borat's strengths is in the satire Cohen presents and poking fun at aspects of society.

I couldn't even list my favorite comedies, I would probably be typing for 15 minutes

I'm like you, I can chop 10 or 15 minute stretches out of a handful and take an idea or two here and there from others, and come out with an all-timer... But until someone does that, I'm still searching...
