Oh I'm sorry, Did I Break Your Conversation........Well Allow Me A Movie Thread by S&T

Just watched Windtalkers... (2002 film starring Nicolas Cage, John Woo, and Christian Slater)

I thought it was okay. The action sequences were amazing, but since the theme of the film was supposed to be about "code talking" I thought they focused too much on merging the native american/non-native american gap rather than actually code talking.

Prime, let me know if my pick comes up, I'm on my phone today, no CPU. I'll get OP updated soon as I get a chance. And I think I know which movie Dub expected to be picked by now.

I truly believe Clerks is the funnest and smartest film of the 90s.

Dante: 37, my girlfriend sucked 37 d*cks.
Randal: In a row?

"Hey, try not to suck any **** on the way through the parking lot!"

"cute cat what's it's name?"

"Annoying customer"

I'm happy he changed the ending. The original ending was way too dark

Really liked the strategy of taking Matrix and Unforgiven, I was considering it myself for awhile as well.
I really want to pick one of my personal favorites in another category and I know it will be gone by the time I can pick again but I gotta go with this one... there are plenty of great choices in this category but I think this one stands apart from all others.

For my 2nd pick I select..

Hoop Dreams? Damn, good pick for the Sports slot. Real good pick. Especially considering the competition in that category.
