Yup, I plan to tomorrow at work. Already sent an email tonight as well.

Just curious if this has happened to anyone and how did Supreme deal with it. Whether they went about it like a legit company and issued a refund or gave youthe cold shoulder.

It happened to me. I contacted customer service and she said that she will contact the warehouse and see if they can get a replacement. Also asked if I prefer the other color if the one I ordered is not available. If neither is available, they will issue a refund.
