Supposedly says "SUPREME" on the front of the base.

Yes you have to pay sales tax in-store.

You’re supposed to pay sales tax yourself if the store doesn’t charge online but no one ever does lol

For people concerned about charges falling off I wouldn't jump the gun and worry just yet.

It's pretty common for charges to disappear and reappear on your bank statement, it just depends when the merchant actually processes your payment.

I haven't had it really happen with Supreme too much but it does happen. Keep on eye on your statements.
