Does ghosting happen even on manual orders? I thought that was only with bots. Last week I didn't receive a ship confirm for the lockbox but i did receive it.

Yes I've gotten ghost orders a few times manually

ah no clue. i use chrome with logged in gmail, and i've gotten the checkbox for previous drops. nothing today so i thought the checkout would fail, but it worked.
