I got my email 20mins ago. I too ordered the Rust arabic hoody, thought i was tripping when I didnt get an email but just gave it some time. They also charged my card also.

It actually was the site, I went for Arabic hoody and first attempt 2 captchas and then processing... card error

I went back and I attempted again and the same thing happened.

Then I went back and it was sold out, funds on my card so it had too be some error in the system.
