I am about to trade my vnds flints (too big on me) for pl carolina 1 + cash and would like the opinion on this trade and possibly how much cash should I askfor in this trade?

IMO, I'd trade only if the 1's are DS and come with everything and in the right size. If not, I'd keep the Flints. They are one of my most favoriteJ's. But go with what you feel is right.
