same thing goes for the penny foams, and for every foam for that matter(specially the pros) . i got the pennys at sports chalet for like 80$ with my cousin back then.

every new sig goes on sale, but the XIs are this popular for a reason. jumpman or not, its iconic.

i see what u sayin but PERSONALLY the foam pros TO ME r garbage, i've seen alot of pros on sale for like $60 , i bought the pearl foam pros back in the dayfor $190 !!! they were the worst shoe i ever bought i had severe back pain during high school basketball games for like 2 weeks while wearin em... I sold emfor $40 three weeks after buyin em...I will never buy foam pros again they r like a cheap imitation foamposite one. Foam Pros r all over the internet for like$60-$80 ...if those pearls drop and they are the pro version...easy pass for me.
But yeah i agree wit u that the XI is iconic but if the Royal Foam One is such good quality i would take a quality made shoe over an iconic one....wit thatsaid i still cant decide..they are both so......

.....but if theFoamposite One was originally dropped as a Jordan Foamposite One in like a metallic red would it be more iconic then the XI.....or the Penny Royal FoamOne.....i think so.

jordan in foams?!?!? now you just made your own point more realistic and observant about the "jordan playing in them" idea.

Imagine how crazy this shoe would be? add another 100 pages on top of the original purple foamposite thread just cause jordan played in them.

I dont know about that I remember standing in a long %#$ line at Tower City waiting to copp the XI's....The patent leather was new and hot people weredying to get them thangs man... at least in cleveland!!!

i think the neon blue foams are hands down the hottest foams and those are the only foams that could give any xi's a run for their money. i have 4 pairs ofxi's and 3 pairs of foams (1 of them are foam pros that i'm trying to sell right now haha), but i only have 1 pair of the blue pennys. personally, ithink i'd take the blue foam ones over anything. it's really a close call though.

honestly if foam ones were Jordan foam ones it would make the decision harder over theMJ XI or a MJ Foam one....but in that case I would prolly pick a pair ofJordan Foamposite Ones in metallic red wit the ice sole over the XI...easy (damn that's a scary thought). It would be a quality made shoe and a Jordan. Butit's a Penny Foam One so I still can't decide....good debate though....I can almost make a decision.

I'll say that the Bred XI's are definitely better than the black/red foam one's. hands down, case closed.

the penny foam is its own shoe... the foamposite one can have many colors out as possible, but that blue will put its self in its own class.

Eggplant Foams are awesome but XIs are undeniably the best shoes ever in my book. No other shoe can beat their functionality. You could literally ball in yourXIs and then wear them to your prom with a tux. Air Jordan XI all day everyday against any shoe.
