Pic of Dr Dre from Sept 2010

Again, I doubt the use of roids. This is more likely the results of natural growth aided by supplements and whatever pro body builders use that's sanctioned. Dude has been getting top of the line instruction and treatment for over 5 years now. Prisoners do it without anything but jail meals so imagine what they would look like working out all day with all the nutrients he's getting.

What does any of that "taking the easy way" stuff matter if dude is not competing? good *!!* dre. And tell that 6-8 month *!!* to anybody in the getting in shape thread and you might get punched.

You dudes don't really work out, if so you'd see while it's not impossible (hell it maybe), but it's gonna be difficult as crap to get that big at that age without help.

At age 45, the male human body produces much less testosterone than a 25year old male. Testosterone and protein are bothe needed to build and maintain all that muscle. Dre has to be doing some kind of HGH with an amazing and difficult diet to achieve that physique. I'm not taking anything away from him, the level of dedication he has for following the diet and exercising hours daily is something to applaude.

Agree 100%

I work out to achieve a more athletic build (ala Lebron or A-Rod. 2 of the most ideal body types for me). Like someone else said, I see no point in being that huge unless youre making a career out of it.

Looks like just a hobby he picked up that he really enjoys, get his mind off +!@+. i figure someone will convince him to compete though.

lol@ 6-8 months. most def not possible. but what he has done is definitely possible with the right workout regimin and diet...trust me. I've put on crazy weight and muscle just from lifting heavy and increasing my caloric intake. just because YOU can't doesnt mean others can't. Personally, I don't kno what the Doc did. maybe he juiced, maybe he didn't, who knows. but u can't just assume he did because he was able to increase his size, over 5 years mind you, while you just wear tight shirts to giv u that 'buff' look, yet your back and stomach are touching..

just out of curiousity, why would somebody juice if they aren't competing for something, this is completely unrelated, i'm genuinly asking/?

Dudes been slowly gettin' more and more ridiculous over the last couple of years right?

And

@ the dude that said you can hit that level in 6-8 months.  I get constant compliments for my 6-8 months worth of work and Dre still looks like he could accidentally choke the life outta me.

Those traps are OD.

I wouldn't ever want to be that big. Natural or not, his head looks mad weird now and he is 45 and famous, it aint like he is gonna be getting in scraps or that he needs to intimidate anyone. I understand that achieving fitness goals is a way to release stress and such, but I would put down the weights eventually.

Amazing how ******ed some people are in attempting to prove their point.

For the BB heads in here with knowledge on the subject who know what it takes to get to Dre's level vs people with absolutely no experience, other than seeing a P90x infomercial, that are arguing for ego sake in the fear of being proven wrong.

Its quite enlightening to know that there is people who do this for virtually every topic.
