Homie probably doesn't work 8 hr shifts like most people.  Top notch trainers.  He's probably very dedicated too. Add all these up and results could look like this.

I don't know why you guys find this so hard to believe.  It's not like you see this guy in movies or making music videos to show off what he's got.
