If you want to save some weight, other than getting a new bike, take the kickstand and toe clips off, toss out the rear and wheel reflectors, until you geta flat, swap out the tubes/tires for something lighter. Ride and keep riding and watch the weight of your body get lighter as well! Great way to start off thenew year amigo.

i won't have the 8s as of yet but hopefully ill have 2 pairs of acg huaraches soon enough.
 
T21D- Thanks for the tip. I should probably do that and I've been thinking about making it lighter. I'm a newbie on street bikes but I've been intocruisers and lowriders.
