I played about 7 games or so last week and did it once. It doesn't really happen often. *shrugs*
Ill def. call an offensive foul in a pickup game if its obvious.
Do people actually respect the call?

Yeah.  It's not like I call it multiple times a game or am being picky.

If someone obviously pushes a defender off or is blatant with an offensive foul I have no problem calling it.  Im not referring to gaining separation or anything like that.  Im talking if a dude essentially pushes his defender out of the way.

It rarely happens, but if it does im def. going to call it.

Your post made it sound like you were one of the "hitmen" on the court. I can respect making a foul count, I can't respect fouling because you got beat and then deciding to make it dangerous.

Nah man, I know everyone has to go to work the next day, I'm not out there trying to hurt anyone

Unless you're a puerto rican w/ a shooting sleeve. Then all bets are off, straight Bruce Bowen attacking defense

No offensive foul/charge calls here. but if it is an obvious, lower the shoulder, I'm coming through play, I will call ball up and re-check. Let's them know it was a BS play and then if they do it again I am coming right back elbows and knees on the next play.
