Yea they're gettin there.  Chevy has been the frontrunner.  With the Vette and the new Z28

GM's been making some great handling cars in recent years. Z/28, c6, c7, ZL1, CTS-V, Commodore/SS... Even the Base ATS and Camaro SS handle remarkably well. Lets not forget the defunct Saturn Skyy and Pontiac Solstice either.

Couple more weeks til the new Camaro is unveiled...I pray Chevy doesn't screw it up. Engine specs look nice, I just need a better interior and I'll upgrade.

I love sparse interiors, but something about the Camaros circular gauges in those rectangular gauge pods drives me nuts.

I think they oughtta just fit something very similar to the Commodore/SS interior in the upcoming Camaro.

Almost all of the engine upgrades and lighter body is being taken from Caddy's line. They should be able to to significant upgrades with all the extra money saved on the lighter materials.
