I bought in January of 13 for about 29K.

So I've driven my car for 32 months and its only depreciated 12.4%

LES around Orchard St is cool too with a ton of bars Hair of the Dog and such, go to Sweet Chick for some chicken and waffles after. Or you could always just hit up STK or The Standard around Meat Packing.

Theres a few bars on 3rd ave between 36th and 32nd too. If I were you, do the LES or Meat Packing.
