Any thoughts on a Porsche Cayenne?

07-10 model...
I would personally wait a little bit longer until you can get the newer generation.  The lines on the newer caymans are so beautiful.  Plus the interiors look so nice

I myself am looking into a new cayman down the road or just getting the 991.1 911 S.

BTW, that Hellcat Charger up there.  Nasty.

^ Can def see myself in a used Cayman down the road. If not a GT4 which is highly unlikely lol, the new 718 5-6 years from now.

I'd have to see for myself, but for the price & the mid engine, I feel like Cayman > 911.

Anyone have a Xpel clear bra? Was thinking of getting it done because I hear Subaru paint is crap.
Xpel is a legit ripoff.  The E30 M3 we are selling has it on the front end, receipt says the guy payed 2,200 for it, just for the front end, and it doesn't even look that good. Has some weird lines in it that make it look like runs in the paint.

^ Damn, you know how long it was on the car for? Installation is a major factor as well, just like with everything. Still think its a worthwhile investment.

i have rock chips in places i didnt even know you could get rock chips :lol

my most random one is on my rear quarter panel

Picked up an E90 over the weekend, and changed the regular Halogen headlights to HIDS. Man what a pain in the ***, they made it so difficult, coming from the easy unhinge and screw E46. :rolleyes

Gave it a car wash yesterday.

So I totally forgot the original owner of my car included a window deflector when I bought the car. I used it today in 90 degree weather and it made a huge difference. The inside was completely fine :hat

^^ Yea I don't have them yet, but I have a few upcoming trips coming overseas and i was waiting to change it until I get back. But thanks for that link, I wanted to switch to for sure. For now at least the white lights will hold me down, I hate the stock amber lights.

Must have item.  Keep the car cooler inside and keep the sun from beating on your dash

I've never had one and I've lived in Texas half my life I'm copping just off this recommendation

yanky and nelson. lets do a photoshoot!!

I am finally getting some free time.

Been waiting to shoot with you for the longest time ever lol

Xpel imo is overrated, it's great but for the price nahh unless you got money to blow. I have 3m film on my front hood, rear bumper, door cups and few other places. The installer did an okay job with the rear bumper since there's dirt trapped around the edges which pisses me off everyday. Film looks like crap if your installer doesn't know what they're doing but imo I'd go with either 3m or Suntek for the price as long as it's self-healing. Get that ish on there asap though. I didn't get it on my front bumper because I had one huge rock chip :{

On another note I can't wait for Monterey car week! Going to be there from the 19th to 21st, anyone else here going to any of the events?

I've bought one in Auto Zone but it is too short(height wise) so I had to return it. The TSX I have seems to have a pretty tall windshield that doesn't seem to fit the ones they have in auto stores. :|

I've never really liked the look of any clear bras tbh. My old man has one on his Frontier, install was really nice, but I still don't like the look. No matter how nice the install is, you can see you have clear plastic all over your car. Besides, for $1450 you could get your front bumper repainted like 4 times to fix any rock chips. To each their own though *kanyeshrug*
