:hat.You gonna mod it?

Honestly I just hope it runs decent enough to serve its purpose.

I've never had a project whip though so it's basically going to what I use to teach my self *** to work on cars.
Oh.....I forgot you said that already :lol

And yea it's great to work on your on vehicle saves a ton of money. Buy a manual for it and take your time so you can get it whatever job it would need right the first time. You'll be straight.

Went with my sister to the DMV other day to get her written test done.

I didn't know you could just retake the test right after if you fail.

Building my truck for the desert. Don't let it fool you. I'm broke AF now.

Nice to see another Dezert rig on here. One will never understand the cost that goes into properly building one. That's a great looking Tundra and I am sure Bobby and the boys at Solo took care of you. Welcome to the never ending project & money pit. Now go and finish the dam rear end as it will never keep up with the front now. Welcome to "BUCK" City.

How did she fail the written test? Did it get harder? I remember reading the little book one time about 45 minutes before the test & passed. This was way back in '98 or '00 though.

The insurance for STi's in Florida is disgusting, I'm 30 and no accidents or tickets, $230/month :x

Try Socal insurance on these. . . I was going to buy a new STI and when I got quoted for insurance . . . . :x I opted to save my $ $ $. . . Never regretted that choice one bit.

My friend's unclie-in-law/neighbor-down-the-street just picked up a white Cayman GT4 for around $140k. He says the dealership offered him $150k to leave it on the lot, but said would give him $145k if he came back later down the road with under 10k miles lol. I'll try to get pics...apparently dude went nuts ticking every option box and got the PCCB's

When people think car salesmen are their best friend this is what happens.

This is all true. It's a money pit but worth it to be able to hit the desert at high speed. What are you rolling in?

So yesterday I saw an Audi with the badge rs3. I googled it later and they aren't in the US, so I'm sure I just saw a rebadged Audi. It was so small for a sedan, which I prefer, I thought it was absolutely disgusting (in a good way) :x

It was in a residential neighborhood, I'll take pics if I see it again

I really don't think I messed up and saw rs4 instead, at least I hope :lol. Either way it couldn't have been an rs3 since I saw they aren't released. The whole car looked oem with the upgrades an rs would have though

Idk about the rest of the country but NJ has had a lot of biker deaths so far this year. Be safe y'all.

The S3 is real, they could have rebadged that. The RS3 is a hatchback overseas and supposed to be a sedan when it gets here. Highly doubt its here already unless dude works for Audi.

A bike going triple digits flew past me on the highway and I want one so bad.

If I didn't know I'd put myself in the morgue :{

Yup, very dangerous. Some lady took me out almost 2 weeks ago on the freeway...
Been riding 3 months so far and Im starting to really love it. Ride everyday its not raining, but yea people driving do not pay attention to ****.

Yup.  Here's the RS3 that is expected to hit US shores very soon.  Car is going to be insane with it's tuning potential.

Maybe you saw a RS4 instead?

It was the 3 for sure that I saw. It was just so noticeable small for a sedan, I'm a huge fan of smaller cars, so it really caught my eye. Looked like that blue rs3, but in black. I'll try and find it again and look more into it, was in a residential neighborhood, no special plates

My old VW mechanic in Atl brought over an RS3 from Mexico. 2 door version of the old A3 hatch. Jawn was a beast.
