not that pricey for the V6...
around 3k - 5k for a supercharger for either the 2.7L or 3.5L...
to change your V6 into a V8 will run you 10k (******, engine, dash, shocks, brakes...etc)
a HEMI is roughly 15k - 45k...
a v6 is 10k - 19k
I've bought both of these cars brand new.
Paid 23 for a new v6 Charger in 2010. Paid 28.5 for a new v8 Challenger in 13.
IDK where 10k is coming from.
Unless you are putting a blower in a car yourself you paying way more than 4-5K.

I loved my v6 Charger. First dealership car I bought in my life. Thought I was doing it.
But once you taste that torque is a wrap you want nothing else.

You can make performance comparable, which I hope you mean, but you cant add 2 cylinders.

new engine means new ******, new ****** means more weught, which means different shocks and brakes to stop new weight...
new engine means higher speeds which means new cluster...
just rip all that out of a chopped v8 hemi and rebuild your v6...

Your average joe isnt doing a V8 swap. Even those cats doing LS1 swaps (not from V6 anyway) are a dime a dozen.

and the point i was saying is that you can make a v6 turbo or supercharged to have more horsepower then a hemi stock. The mod for a v6 will run about 4k but it the feeling you get when that v6 smash a stock hemi

aint a V8 brah unless you post some real proof and no not an engine shot since anyone could tech do that. no decal, no spoiler, very high up ride. looks deadset like a V6 and the fact you were defending the V6 like youre dad was the one who created just proves that it is.
