Good question, I'd tip em a few bucks. I was wondering, once my cars finished, should I tip my builder? It's the same as taking your car to the mechanics shop to have it serviced & I tip there so why not here too

Yes I have been tipping my detailer since I started going to him. I tip 20 percent. Good detailers are hard to find. MANY of them are hacks.

Rivian and Hummer look good but do people really want pickups? I know F150’s the best selling vehicle but are those buyers wanting EV’s?

Maybe im just not a pickup guy but I rather see more EV SUV’s and sedans. I know the Rivian suppose to come out with an SUV as well which is interesting, basically the same as the pickup.

Last night at 1AM some fool tried to race me. I gave in since we were on a long stretch of road before approaching a town. I was leading, we hit 100+MPH. As we approached the town, I came to my senses and realized there was no prize and this was stupid and dangerous. Put my pride aside, let off the throttle and let dude pass.

Yes we do. There is crazy hype for the F-150 Lighting in the truck community. Even as an F-150 owner I’m partial to the Tesla bc it looks so cool but if they don’t get their **** together I’ll be grabbing the EV F-150 next.

Makes sense but in other parts of the country like Texas and California, Trucks are like gold. Probably one of the most versatile vehicles you can buy. With the quad cab, you can drive 5 people comfortably. You can use the bed to carry things like bikes, snowboards, materials for a home renovation project. And trucks can be equipped with 4WD which allows them to tackle almost any terrain. Plus trucks are very luxurious now so they come with all the amenities.

It's aight. Once in a while most of us give in. Good you let off though being it was dark at the time, adrenaline rush achieved.

Won auction on eBay and got it for a good price if everything checks out. It’s about 300 miles from here so I will be driving it to Houston. 1 owner until last year. Owners wife sold it to the current owner after he passed. 25k miles, almost og everything. Gonna have to get a fancy license plate. Might throw some 15s in it and add a radio. Gonna look nice next to 88 m6. Send more picks after I pick it up. My sons 3.5 and obsessed with cars and 1987 Grand Natty is his favorite. I can’t freakin wait!

If I went to a Kia dealer to custom build a Telluride for future delivery, would they still charge me a similar mark up they currently have on cars available today on the lot? Or closer to the MSRP per the website?

Just trying to see if theres way to avoid the crazy markups dealers have right now
