I was super aggravated when Milan asked his Man if Tommy even put up a fight, although him lying and saying he didn't fight back is what ultimately saved his life.

This is the deal behind the old lady scene:

The old lady's apartment served as a group home type of place for a lot of the neighborhood kids. Ghost was one of the kids who grew up in her home. Ghost ain't have a family like that, so the lady took him in. Kanan grew up about a block away. That hole in the wall is from when Ghost caught his first body. Ghost murked out one of the other kids in the lady's apartment and dipped out. Kanan about to set up shop in the apartment and have the block pumping

Tariq needs a beat down as well. Little man gotta learn to grow up and be the man of the household if his Dad isn't around. At least he's Dad is still in his life.
