If we did a for real pool, we would designate someone to go out and get tickets for NTers not in Powerball states. Whomever that is would come outcaking every week.

or the little winnings go to buy extra tikets for the group on the next drawing, if someone wins the jackpot then the guy who buys the tickets can keep thelittle winnings or donate them to NT.
