Price & Fit on Jordan 18.5's?

hey fam...do these fit true to size? I wear a size 10.5 and don't like to buy shoes in a bigger size, but I am looking at some size 11's at a goodprice...shoes are DS in the Black/Chrome/University Blue colorway...Thanks in advance.
