 He's acting, it's a performance arts piece written by some London art school students for an art project.

This one in particular is like a satire of the motivational workout videos predominant in the health/fitness culture today.

The original video is like 30 mins long with him performing various monologues that they wrote. The idea was to cut out the section of the performance they wrote and add in a background or whatever to create their final project, hence the green screen.

It has led to some funny *** videos tho
