would u say u see a difference in 70mm than what is the usual? (im guessing 35mm? )
saw the screener, simple story, with a lot of character development pulp. entertained throughout, coggins and jackson were fantastic.

I did. They added extra footage of the wilderness. Knowing that it was filmed in 70mm I paid attention to the camera work and the framing. One shot that stood out in particular was when Sam Jackson and Bob were coming in from the snow. It was shot from the window, zooms out to reveal Joe Gauge, then pans around the room, all in one shot. It shows how much detail they were able to capture and how wide they were able to shoot the film.

I also noticed the call backs to Tarantino's previous films / Tarantino universe
Tim Roth's character's last name is Wilcox, so he might be related to Fassbender's character
"You starting to see pictures aint ya? Your boy, black dude, dingus in his mouth. Him shaking, him crying. Me laughing!"
Dude is really awesome and has great range.
Unbreakable
Jurassic park
Pulp fiction
Movie with Ben
Django
Coach carter
To name a few.
Dude been a different person each time.
Just seen it, good movie. Reminded me of reservoir dogs the way it dragged on
The second Major Warren got in the coach I was captivated by the time Mannix shows up the movie already became one of my favs.Maybe I need to watch the movie again because the dialogue in the first half of the movie didn't really captivate me like it seemed to with a lot of you guys. Weird since I enjoy what QT writes. The second half of the movie interested me more when it was getting more tense.
