R.I.P Kobe Bryant.

you grew up spoiled with decent money, became a HS star, skipped college and went straight to the NBA, even played for the big time lakers at the start (after pouting that he wouldn’t play for the hornets) and you mention “if he has nothing other than himself to live for.”? Went on to be with brandy and Vanessa, had the world basically in his hands but yeah he prob had nothing else to live for.>D

He was 17. You say a lot of outlandish things when you’re young. You sound 17 with these points your trying to drive home. So im not even going to hold this against you either.

Again, I completely understand why you feel it is stupid/corny or however you look at it but I am simply saying this isn't an isolated feeling by someone of his stature.

Girl dad here, RIP beautiful Gigi and all the others.

My mom lost her daughter ( my sister) at 13 too to suicide. Completely different I know, but my mom seemed to have given up at life. Not with drugs, but just financially and with the other 5 kids. Took her decades to come out of.

Praying the mamba mentality flows through Vanessa and is as triumphant in the spotlight as Kobe was in retirement.

Kobe haters dedicated

Let that hate in your heart go

Reebok has a eBay account? :lol

Fam, he said that as 16-17 year old kid. Prior to having a wife and children. Obviously his thinking would change after having maturing and having kids. Pretty straightforward to understand

Based on the link I posted, please show me where he said Bryant was 16 when he said that? T mac clearly said he used to say it all the time and once he had kids he changed. He didn’t have his first child until he was approx 24 years old. Stop reaching.
Even if he was 19, he knew what he was saying as well as knowing the capacity of his words. He was no dumb person.

Yeah, they move their “last season” stuff there sometimes. They don’t always have fsr but def remember these Answer 4s.

isn't that what a outlet is for? damn Adidas got em operating on a shoe string budget pun intended.

This has definitely lasted longer than the typical story in the modern era.

It just shows how much love folks have for dude.
Yeah, I agree. However, there are so many people who love him for the wrong reasons as well, with some wonderful examples on this very site/thread.

Ready to see what the Lakers do tonight, I'm sure it'll be special. Hope everyone's spirits are on the up and up, today is the first day that I didn't feel like my mind was racing with thoughts about it. Man, as a musician Michael Jackson's was rough for a couple days but this dang near snatched my soul.

I'm with you on that. I still can't even wrap my head that a Superbowl will be played in exactly 2 days from now.

Ain’t no one comin close to kobe in time. A generational talent. When we get old and crusty, we’ll be talkin about back in the day when kobe kept the nba afloat.
