Pretty much, They flipped the last two. One seemed willing the other not so much, but both got flipped.

You definitely know the defense is going in the direction of "if this was a crime scene for murder and with all your years of experience, why was he let off so soon> Then only after a public outcry were there charges brought" type angles.. Plenty of murder scenes were initially dismissed by trained professionals.. I hope the jurors realize that point. The defense is definitely trying to say "if the police thought nothing was wrong, why should you now, without a reasonable doubt.

just cause u get shot on the left side of ur chest doesnt mean its automatically going to hit the heart
