ok well TM did do some sort of MMA style fighting. He fought mma style with other people in his school, so he knew how to fight mma style. So, he may have had some sort of training whether it was by taking classes or he learned by himself. I should have used my words more carefully.

im not very stubborn and if someone can give me a strong argument as to why i am wrong, then i am going to accept it.

Last year when i first heard about this case, i thought GZ was in the wrong. But after watching the trials and discussing the case with other people (friends or online), I am now convinced that GZ is indeed innocent.

What is the connection between the stolen jewelry and the burglarized homes in the area though? Surely detectives would have been all over that to determine whether or not he was indeed guilty of theft.

I never said he stole the jewelry. I said it was a possibility....so again, stop twisting my words around. Obviously, I have to see things objectively to come up with a verdict. I am using both side's (GZ and TM) witnesses and evidence. So in a sense, I'm looking at attorney's and witnesses' subjective opinions objectively...if that makes sense to you.

We dont know the certain truth, so all we can do is use all evidence/witnesses' statements provided to come up with the best verdict. And I agree with the jury.

im not sure if u read my previous replies, but the screwdriver and female jewelry is only supporting the statement that he may have possibly been a burglar. And this possibility is to contradict the media's portrayal of TM as being a saint.

It had nothing to do with home burglaries...although it could be possible.

TM was a trained MMA fighter with a violent mindset when it comes to fighting. He said he wanted a rematch with a fighter because he did not bleed enough. Imagine that mindset along with the aggression he got from GZ. TM was ground and pounding GZ and banging his head against the concrete floor, while GZ was yelling for help. How do we know TM wasn't defending himself from a stalker with a gun whom eventually shot him to death?

but no..no one chased me with gun and picked a fight with me. But I have been robbed by stick up kids...i was a minorirty living in a minority neighborhood, so i was a easy target. Back then I was 6' 125 lbs and i thought I was hot shh..but i wasnt. Now, I'm 6' 185 lb, atheletic and I do lift, and it seems like people actually want to pick fights with me whenever i go clubbin or go to bars
