what if he was using the screwdriver to fix the jewelry for someone? Schools have screwdrivers...shop class etc.not sure what u dont understand. Let me try to formulate this into 1st grade math.Damn, he had on a hoodie and shoes too, more burglar tools. Crappy burglar though, If i'm robbing homes at night, how I'm gon get my screwdriver out the school locker when it's closed?
explain the female jewelry in his locker...he borrowed it from his mom for show and tell?
You can't explain it either, the only person who can is dead, but somehow you assume stolen. Assassinating his character, all which has nothing to do with the fact that a child minding his business, doing nothing at the time was shot and killed by someone with no idea what's in his locker, what's in his texts, his fighting background, none of that. Nothing. You keep going going under the guise of seeing things objectively, you're completely full of ****, you should know this. As many viewpoints as there are in this thread for either side, NO ONE is helping you fight your nonsensical battle. Go take a seat.
I never said he stole the jewelry. I said it was a possibility....so again, stop twisting my words around. Obviously, I have to see things objectively to come up with a verdict. I am using both side's (GZ and TM) witnesses and evidence. So in a sense, I'm looking at attorney's and witnesses' subjective opinions objectively...if that makes sense to you.
We dont know the certain truth, so all we can do is use all evidence/witnesses' statements provided to come up with the best verdict. And I agree with the jury.
You have a good day b.
locker(screwdriver + female jewelry) = possible burglary
