I think his intentions can be good, he's just too egotistical and over the top. Sticks his nose into everything trying to intentionally fan the flames. While I think you bring up a good point about him being over the top (at times), I disagree with pretty much everything else. I know for a fact that Mr. Sharpton is a stand up dude, and truly practices what he preaches. Now Jesse Jackson? The above description would be more fitting.

They have repeatedly told us not to trust our own people.
And we fall for it over and over again.
So much so, that they now have the audacity to openly challenge our commitment to making our communities better.

Well said. They've tried their best to negate the power that Jesse and Al have in the black community for decades and try to turn black people against them, because a lot of these issues wouldn't have hit mainstream if it wasn't for them. It's not a coincidence that they keep using the terms hustler and pimp. Have they ever described a white person that way? I've seen Al try to defend issues in our communities, but he speaks in terms of race a lot less than Rush does.

Fox gets to do their side and cater to their viewers ....MSNBC gets to cater to theres
and CNN gets to "act balanced" by baiting to the middle by simply asking "Is this about Racism?"

I had enough last year when I was watching local news and they briefly mention a 7 year old girl getting killed, a 4 victim massacre over tax refund checks and some 16 year old dying......but oh yea a Trayvon martin rally this saturday in the city.......wait a minute the first 3 tragedies happened in our backyard. Why dont we rally for them?
