the legend of J Prince is really incredible, i'm from Houston, had family that went to school with him said he was about business even in high school
there's rumors about him having a pig farm where bodies go
peep him wave off the guy carrying what looks like a double barrell in this video
I like ayo technology, timbo and Timberlake killed the beat and chorus.
I ****ed with Amusement Park .
Didn't even listen to TLOP till several months later, no need to rush to this either.
I ****ed with Amusement Park and Straight to the Bank. Wasn't really ****in with Ayo Tech but it was cool. Album had a lot of misses but I was still messing with it. Man Down was on repeat, I Get Money was on repeat for like a month.
how do we feel about The Massacre btw
I liked it, it wasn’t GRODT but I don’t say that in a bad way, it had a lot more soulful beats. The album itself could’ve cut 3-4 songs and been fine, off top, Gatman and Robbin was terrible, Build You Up wasn’t necessary, Hate it or Love it would’ve been perfect on the album (as opposed to the remix), Position of Power was COLD, Just a Lil Bit and Disco Inferno was redundant being back to back on the album
I Don't Need'em
Sky Mask Way
Baltimore Love Thing
Position of Power
Rider Music
Get In My Car
Hate It Or Love It Remix
Gatman & Robbin'
Outta Control Remix
Loved all those . Hated all the singles. And of course being the Unit stan I was, I bought that Massacre DVD where like 15 of the 20 or so videos were just him in the damn studio
I'll second that.Not me bruh
I ain’t heard not 1 song
I'll second that.
I don't care what numbers the guy does, I just know that I wont be giving him my ears or money anymore.
I hope this Nas album is fire. At 7 tracks I’m a little nervous. Last EP from Nas close to this length was ....Listening to Kanye and listening to Pusha and NaS are very different. Most of these rappers and singer are signed to a label owned and ran by a racist white guy so it is what it is. I won’t play Kanye’s music or stream or download. I’ve bought every Pusha album and every NaS CD so this is interesting
Push, yeah. I gave that project a few spins. I’ll play Nas’ also. But I respect those artists and their content. I can disassociate them from the people producing their records. Definitely not peeping the Ye/Cudi, or the Teyana joint. No slight to Teyana though. She just doesn’t make music for me.
That’s like asking if I’d still play Hov since he worked with Rick Ruben. Or Wiz with We Them Boys/ Ray J & Berg with Sexy Can I (f y’all that track was a hit ) because that other weird Detail dude made beats for them.
I don’t care for Ye. The difference is that I believe these cats could rap at the same level, if not a higher level, on beats produced by others. Sure I would prefer cats go elsewhere for beats, but who the hell am I?
*****s don’t really stand on morals when it comes to entertainment/music
People are just infatuated with this “cancel culture” thats popular now
Even if someone saying they not listening to an album, thats just not always true
If people really stood on those morals, they wouldn’t engage in a lot of the resources they do, and a lot more entertainers would be out the paint
