Two months after settling a lawsuit which a lawsuit in which a woman accused him of rape, Nelly is now facing new allegations and will have to take the matter to court.
As reported by TMZ on Thursday (Nov. 15), the 44-year-old is now being sued by a woman for an alleged sexual assault that took place after one of his concerts in England.
According to the woman, who wishes to remain anonymous, the rapper invited her to stay behind after a meet-and-greet ended in Essex. After she obliged, she claims the rapper dropped his pants, began masturbating and allegedly told her “You want this ****, don’t you?”
The woman, who filed as Jane Doe, claims she refused his advances several times. According to her account of the situation, Nelly would not back off and expressed he wanted to ejaculate on her. From there, the encounter allegedly turned aggressive, with Nelly grabbing her arm and then forcing his penis into her mouth. She then reportedly was able to get away safely.
TMZ also reports that the woman asked if Nelly was going to hit her prior to the forced sexual conduct, to which he allegedly responded, “No I'm just frustrated. I'm not used to not getting my way, just do it.”
Additionally, Jane Doe is also suing Nelly’s girlfriend, Shantel Jackson, for calling her a liar on Twitter.
