Joe doesn’t respect Southern rap. He’ll talk about the good/bad headlines made by the artists, but outside of that the south gets no shine on his platforms. That in mind, him sitting with Baby is a just a weird *** pairing.

No, he doesn't respect rap that isn't lyrical. That goes for New York also. It took him four years to appreciate A Boogie.

I can see 50 making an impact at Def Jam though. He’s having another moment, albeit outside of music. But the respect he gets from the newer generation is undoubtable, and the antics he’d have as president would be interesting to see.
