Rap About Nothing: Hip Hop Chat Thread

two try-hards....

now all of a sudden, the generation that praises biting, doesn’t care about lyrics, only wants club/party songs... is concerned about biting. That’s exactly why I don’t FW with these bozos.

Now they want artistic integrity, but let a guy like Wale explain the same stuff. And he’s too “serious” or cares about the craft too much. Father your children, please.

The best NL album of 99 :smokin had to remind myself of it

Da Crime Family had hits. That intro one of my favorite intros ever. Hoody Hooo, Tru Homies, Miller Boyz, Don’t Judge Me, Tank Goes On, Hard N’s, Bounce Dat ***, NL Army, Don’t Want You No More, Soldier Til I Die.

11 for 29, not too shabby

    there’s like 5 good songs on here out of 29

I like about half of it.

I played this **** a few weeks ago, my wife said my ***** is that The Boy is Mine?!?!? Said yeah and laughed.

I liked Only God Can Judge Me, Thuggin and Made Man.

I can’t lie, Boot Camp was hard. Those lil ****** had flow and everything. Like 7 and 9 rapping.
