G-Unit “records”...50 was doing too much at the time, signed like 10 new people and had different regions of “G-Unit” he shoulda kept it at OG 5 (this is including Game)...but even without Game, the OG 4 would’ve flourished more had they been more active and not “unavailable” due to all of 50’s inhereted beefs. That first album wave where they got individual releases were residual hype from 50 himself. Then after that, it seemed like you wouldn’t see/hear from them unless 50 was somehow involved.

Post G-Unit (2006) was kinda quiet. Jay dropped a dud, the South was running it as usual (Lil Jon, T-Pain), and Wayne was bubbling on the mixtape circuit...nothing major major was out tho. G-Unit should’ve flourished until about 2010 if they made the right moves
 
Mixtape French is flawless. Album French is nauseating.

G-Unit did a whole lot, but they're easily one of the biggest "what ifs" in rap. 03-early 06 for them was great, but that descent was something else. You're def right about that first part too. Whether the original 3, 4, or 5, they should have ran ran far longer than they did.

or record it on your own and get someone else to mix it right
