At times it was obvious. She got more dislike for Star and I get it but at some point you either gotta get over it or one of them gotta go. Since the first episode Star is getting more and more passive and Nedeska been jumping on him all the time. **** is kinda funny.

I just feel bad cause Star is actually prepping and has mad notes. Ak and Nadeska are just giving him nothing. No laughing at his jokes, uncomfortably silent after all his points, acting like they never understand what he's talking about.

Very much so. Ak really has been posturing his "power" this whole "season". Show isn't trash but it certainly can go there with little to no effort. Nedeska was too emotionally invested in that SZA "snub". Now all of a sudden she wanna be a part of the conversation instead of moderating smh

That's a good way to describe it, awkward.
Star dodges all the discussion that directly deals with music and they have uneasy debate that isn't interesting or entertaining. He just plays contrarian for show even though it's evident he doesn't know what he's talking about sometimes.

He has a great ear, though. Can’t even deny that about Birdman.
Oh definitelywavycrocket . I think it's moreso something like Dungeon Family deep south feel. It's such a dope sound, but it feels like we haven't heard it in a really long time. The south took over and kinda hasn't been making that soulful southern hip hop that they were known for.

Yeah I could feel Ak tryna get big when he brought up the Star/Game and Star/Ebro things when that had little to nothing to do with what they were talking about. And you could tell something was making Star keep his composure instead of how he used to be when he would go in the moment someone tried to make a little slick comment even if it wasn't even that serious.
They either gotta let him be him or bring in Lord Jamar and give him his own show on Complex to let that contract run out because this **** is lame. He made a dumb comment a month before he started working there and they acting like he's gotta be humble forever. Ak ganging up because he knows if that didn't happen Star would be embarassing him like the 1st Ep.

This is what's eventually gonna happen, Star gotta be star to flourish. He's clearly toned down to make it work & they simply seem like they don't want it to work at all.
