Ahhhh….so the reason country music is dominating the billboard charts is conservative media groups found the loophole by buying digital downloads (which is weighed much heavier than streaming). So they AstroTurf digital campaigns. And this too, is effecting the music industry overall.
After that “Try that in a small town last month”. The latest is “Rich Men of North Country”.
What is funny is, Nicki Minaj Stans & K-pop Stan’s, 6ix9ine, & Travi$ Bundles have been doing this for a minute.
This is all a part of the “politics is downstream from culture” nonsense. The billboard games are interesting as ****.

They were juking the numbers on a movie this summer too. sound of freedom. Calling it the #1 movie in the country when theaters were empty but basing ticket sales on donations or something.

It was never number one in the country, but people did go see it and it wasn't empty. Theaters wouldn't have it in the theater with empty seats when they could give it to Barbie or Oppenheimer.
Social media caused its popularity. It was some sort of viral campaign where they acted like they didn't want to put it out and it was being blocked because of the subject matter. You need to see it because of this. That's how I heard about it. We have so many followers people listened and began to see it off that.

I don't believe Ali. He claims he's the OG, he brought the group together, he knew the business, he did most of the work but somehow got finessed by his lil homie?
He said Nelly took their demo to labels and would play only his verses, that don't even sound right. Cudda Love put Nelly on, same dude that out Mase on. He saw that Nelly was the only one that had superstar potential so they didn't want the group, they just wanted to sign him. They still got group album and solo deals. Them dudes just wasn't talented enough.
