RIP George Floyd

I mentioned earlier in the thread that I had a friend that joined the NYPD a few years ago and how we were fairly close and drifted a bit since he became a cop. He's normally a good dude so I never completely cut him off due to his profession bc it didn't seem fair.

Well, today that changed. He messaged me last night about the shake shack "poisoning" and I said if true, it's despicable but I'll hold my judgments til I see proof. So naturally I sent him the article stating the NYPD determines there was no intentional harm caused from the shake shack staff and this dude still insisted it was intentional despite proof from the investigation that it was accidental.

Then I mention how the police union was the one to go public and not the actual NYPD spokespeople and he claimed that the NYPD doesn't need to be held accountable for publicly releasing info that turns out to be false because people post false info on social media all the time. So I came to the decision to drop this friendship. Ignorance like his is why the NYPD is so drunk with power and absent of responsibility to the public.

Glad you dropped this clown. He doesn't deserve your respect or friendship. He's a Blue Lives Matter 🤡.

To be clear, I suspect he was always like this but hid it from you. I'm glad you saw it before so you didn't sound like Chuck Finster.

Sounds exactly like the :emoji_pig_nose: who murdered George Floyd...

Yet another thing that's needs to be burned down and completely overhauled, the complaint system when it comes to misconduct.

How anyone can receive multiple, let alone a dozen, complaints regarding their job performance and still be allowed to perform said job like nothing is absurd and would be totally unacceptable in ANY other job and industry in the public or private sector :smh: :smh:

The police union may be the strongest union in this country.

I went off on this dude once for not picking up his dog ****, cuz id see it every single time on my walk home from the gym. He told me to **** off and mind my business i said how about i come to your home and **** on your lawn then

Apparently dude worked at one of those dog grooming places and was walking clients dogs. Dude must have been shook i was gonna get him fired from his job cuz he apologized to me next time he saw me . He introduced himself to me as Peter or something, i never gave him my name. Id just call him by a different name everytime hed talk to me. Hey Patrick, Phillip, Parker.

****ing *******

having increased convos regarding racism and civil rights irl. I want to make sure I'm not being dumb myself. As an asian, is it wrong to call an african american a biscuit boy? said african american would be like candace owens and jason whitlock.

yeah i feel uncomfortable using the term uncle tom and biscuit boy is along those lines. I'll just call them POS instead lol

How about as an asian....you check your own people first....before worrying about what to call black people who aren't down with the cause?
This post hits the nail on the head especially for your deeply rooted anti black Asian American culture specifically.
Your people and culture are one of the worst perpetrators of this below

You can start...by not looking the other way when your asian peers and family do and say foul stuff against black folks.
You can start...by spreading awareness of your own cultures anti black ideologies.

I am sure you knew the answer to that stupid question before you even typed it out.

Say that to the wrong person and promise you get your lights knocked out.

the person who i was speaking to was white. She is championing candace owens and whitliock as her reason to justify her racism. She is of the mindset that Obama was black therefore racism is done.

but thanks for response. Like i said i'm asking questions to educate myself.

Let me hip you to something that you may or may not be aware of, White people who ask stupid questions, then making stupid comments like that? Deserve a stupid answer in return. When they ask you any question on race, and then the perception of such? Tell them that you admired how Johnny Cochran dressed and then how he spoke. Tell them that you were impressed with how he handled the OJ trial.

Watch how they respond to that.
