Did most people size down on the CNS ? I'm usually a 10.5 in gel lytes, the 577 fiegs in the 10.5 are to big and 574's are usually an 11

Yes size down without a doubt. I wear a 10.5 in Gel Lytes and the 10.5 CNS I had were slipping off my heel. I then got a 10 in the Kithmas restock, and they fit perfect.

Tbh the 11 cns on oth is exactly what i need...but that shipping to the us kills the price...brings it to 260....can probably score better price from a reseller..
