ROYAL FOAMS '11 QUALITY ISSUE?? HELP!?

these were bought from niketown. i noticed this today, there is a tear in the suede right near the stitching. it follows the crease that my foot makes while wearing the shoe. is it possible this is from just walking? could it have gotten snagged on something sharp? any ideas or solutions to this? i've only worn these for casual wear, no sports. i want to send them back to nike but they are only going to give me a voucher in which i won't be able to find the royals anywhere for retail. they are indeed sold out.

there is not much you can do

expect take them to your local niketown and ask to speak with a manager

you might get a gift card if there nice enough and take your receipt if you did get them nike a NT store

good luck

any ideas??? it's not noticable when i'm wearing them but i don't want the rip to continue to the other side, it'll be all downhill from there.......

Funny you had that problem, I had a whack problem with my pewters.
Keep in mind I'm about 5'7 160, used these just for casual walking.  SMH, luckily they were only 100 since I got them on the EA 50

that sucks, i hope that dosent happen to mines.. samething happen to my 2009 eggs, but that was after a 2 years of wearing them to work and all.. send them back and try and get you a pair

damn that part cracks on foamposites after a decade PLUS.....da hell is wrong up there in Oregon...

well i am size 13 and i do have fairly wide feet. i also wore these about 20 times since i got them (i think. it feels like it.) but if you guys are saying this DOES happen to foams then idk what else to say. it shouldn't happen after a bunch of wears. i thought foams were indestructable and could never crease which is why i took a brand new liking to them (never had em before this year) but if they die this bad then ##+!!! argh. thanks for all the replys so far but i still dont know what to do about this. ill try to email them and send them the pics and see what they say but i can't count on them doing the right thing.....

honestly i'd rather have my kicks squeek instead of fall apart from wear.
