Is the difference in the knit worth $42 over the basic miller team?

I don't sweat that much so is it worth thinking about as I start running longer distances?

Road runner has the Miler shirts for under $30.

Their prices are really good, and 25% off for purchases over $145 right now. Just bought two knit shirts and a Cool Tailwind Stripe shirt :hat

I think I'm gonna get our logo made into sticker emblems. My initial order came in, and I'm definitely pleased!

They'll probably be 1.0" x 0.5". I'm planning to adhere them atop the first Elite 8 cw...

Also a 5k PR of 22:28

I know I could've did better for the 10k if I didnt warm up/cool down for the first and last. I REALLY loved how 90% of runners I saw on the lakrefront trail were all going fast :smokin, most training plans have speedwork on tuesday and it just AWESOME seeing so many others doing it like I was. People were going in!

I would love those stickers for my shoes btw. Not sure about lace locks tho

Forgot to mention, they'll be domed/3D emblem stickers with a polyurethane layer on top...

Something like the USA flag pictured here...

I don't have any races scheduled for the year, but I'm considering running the SFG 1/2 for the goods... hahaha

You should do it!^

So part of my favorite running shoes (Mizuno wave sayonara 2)'s sole pattern is coming off. I ran about 125miles in them and it's starting :{

Looked on amazon and they're being sold for $40 each! Can't believe how cheap they are, bought multiple pairs, Idk if I should stock up more or what 8o

$40 is a good deal. I stocked up once on a pair of running shoes I use to love, but it's always nice to try shoes with the new technology.

Besides when a shoe starts falling apart, do you guys change shoes after an x amount of years or miles ran? I've had a pair of nike free run 2 and it still feels great after 5 years.

Do it man. That's some good swag right there. You' started running for distance, what better way to see how it pays off...
Rep NTrunning too

i should really invest in some good running shoes :/

I was running in some beat-up flyknit ones and they were causing knee and ankle pain, bought a new set of running shoes and all that went away.

I've had a pair of nike free run 2 and it still feels great after 5 years.

I still use my few run 2's as hiking shoes after 5 years they are still putting in work on the trails. I'm pretty sure that if Nike made a free based trail runner I would buy over 50 pairs.

If they're your favorites, stocking up on a few at that deal seems pretty good, but 125mi is really quick for the sole to be run down :/ . Is this particular model your first? Or has that occurred for multiple pairs?

Personally, I retire my shoe after hitting a certain distance. After they're retired, they become my beaters for errands and what not...

From the active shoes in my stable of a dozen or so, here are the shoes that have the most mileage...

Flyknit Racer (Cheeto) - 321mi
LR3 (Total Crimson) - 286mi
LR3 (Electric Green) - 205mi
LR3 (Sonic Yellow) - 166mi

I'll probably retire them when they hit 400mi. As you can see I LOVE the LR3s!

Regarding the SFG Race... It's about a month away. I know I can finish it easy, but I am definitely not in 1:30-1:40 shape right now :(... I'll probably just do the 10K with the lady. The medal is too dope!

And the tech shirt is sleek! I love that it could pass as a regular SFG tee! I'd love to collect more race shirts too!

Yeah, these just seem to work really good for me. A new version of these shoes came out this month and i still prefer these over them. I've also tried a bunch of difference shoes and just didn't feel same without these 8o

This model is my first. A bunch of reviews say they are horrible for holding up around 200miles. These aren't wearing out, the pattern on the sole, on the forefoot, and is coming off in two places. I think I'm going to try some super glue :lol

I am signed up for the 1/2 marathon for the San Francisco Giant Race. Easily their best finisher shirt from the past couple years.
