My app doesn't have IG icon either. I think when you first downloaded the Nike+ app, if you sign in/or up via Facebook, it's only gonna let you share through that network. If you created a totally different account (not using any forum) it would let you pick from another site. I think we both have facebook as our default login site.

Same as past Vomeros. The clunkyness and lack of flexibility in the forefoot makes them prone to give a good toe-off. Like others, I never ran in the Vomero so to me I couldn't tell how they stack up against past models. So for us that are just starting to like them/first time runners of the Vomero line, we wouldn't know what to look for. So again by reviews they probably won't score well from the past history but would probably fair decent in performance to us newcomers.

I ran in the Vomero 4s when I was training for my first 26.2, which I PRed at 3:30. I was able to do a 20mi fresh off the clearance rack. I believe I logged four 20milers in them before the big race. They were so plush! I may bring them back into my active rotation since they only have less than 150mi on them.

Regarding the review, I think they'll score more than an 8 and definitely better than the Vom9. It should be put into consideration that the Vom7, 8 and 9 all have the same sole unit. The 10, on the other hand, has a completely new design. Plus, it utilizes the new elements in Lunarlon and Flymesh. The Vom10 definitely doesn't feel like a traditional pillow tank as the earlier Vomero (models 3 and 4) with all the extra weight. It feels more like a plush luxurious SUV now (if that makes any sense hahah).

^^^^^ Point taken. This is exactly what i was referring and exactly what the folks at Solereview were inquiring. I'm reading under Vomero 9 reviews about the 10s. Some of these comments are indications of a somewhat drawback of the Vomero 10. And the thing about it is, I knew I saw a video of how someone was talking down on a shoe. I thought it was the Peg 31s but it had to be this one since they deleted the vid..

What do you guys think about doing a NTrunning ragnar relay team?

I'd be down for one in here in California either in Socal or Norcal. The one in Napa Valley looks dope & challenging.

Also Vegas is an option also. The After party though :lol we all might not recover from :lol

Nah bro, you dont go from the app to IG. Go to share, fix your pic up and then the pic saves to your phones camera roll automatically, THEN open up IG and proceed normally.

My fault. Swerve is correct. You don't actually need the IG logo. You just need the share button.

- Tap on the share button, tap on the camera image
- Select the frame you want to use
- Tap "+" to select the photos you want in your nike+ image
- Select the stat(s) you want layered on top and edit
- Tap SAVE. The saved image will be in your camera roll (assuming you're on iOS).

Feeling a bit tired today but gonna go for another 3 miler today. Gonna try to break in the Breakthru's a little more.

Welp, I just did an IG search for "#nikeplus", and no one has posted a Memorial Day badge for running today... :/

I did a 5.37 mile memorial day run this morning and yup no memorial day day badge :{

Oh well I needed to get one last run in before Rock N Roll San Diego this coming weekend.

I would recommend buying a massage roller to anyone that can't see themselves using the foam ones.

I have this one and it's worth every penny ($45)

So easy to use, you don't have to get on the ground either. The foam rollers seem to have a learning curve to them, this is easy and can be used in a lot of places. I use it after every run

the brand is addaday

before I bought this my legs were so tight I couldn't run more than a mile or two (after a month of running). immediately after using this, I was sore for two days :lol . After using this after every run, I have yet to feel any pain or tightness. I started running in March and think a massage device is just as important as the right running shoes. I wish I would've known this when I started getting into running

Got a 5 mile run in today. Went on a different path and the combination of hills and me getting over a cold was no good.

Quick question if you guys stop to catch your breath or use the restroom. Do you stop the timer or keep it going?

Got a quick 4 in tonight.  It was supposed to be a rest day and I was scheduled for 8 tomorrow, but I'm chaperoning the 8th Grade DC trip that leaves tomorrow, so I won't have time.  I should be able to get in the Wed-Fri runs before breakfast, though.

Also, the IG feature appears to be iPhone only - like a lot of nice Nike things.  Android gets the shaft again.

And I'm definitely going to look into that roller when I get back.

Did not know. I thought the pic layering was on all devices...

I'm interested in investing in a foam roller, but I've haven't had much pain after runs for a LONG TIME though. Would it still be worth it?

Good to see everybody getting in good runs for today. It's a comforting feeling to hit the pavement. Even though I've change running shoes, I'm still experiencing pain in my left shin after each run. Last week was the first time I experienced calve tightness on my left leg as I ran more miles in that week than current weeks. So I'm wondering if if I need to switch to a higher mm drop shoe with more cushion. Also is there a massage tool that I can use on my shin splints.

I kind of figured the app only benefited the iPhone. I played with it on my Note 3 and didn't see where I could post anything on IG. Sports Authority in my area is going out business and they have mark some of their massage equipment down. My wife and I were there this weekend looking for massage tool because she suffers with PF. Didn't even think to ask someone about something for my shins.

I hate stopping to catch my breath. I'll stop for a quick 5 seconds to snap a pic :lol. Not to catch my breath though, I slow down to a jog, I rather end my run than take a break and continue.

I know on the iphone that the Nike+running app automatically detects and pauses the app whenever you stop running. It happened when I had to stop and tie my shoe laces which I hate having to do.
