Or when your mom or dad pinched you behind your arm and really $!!+#@$ hurt?

I hate how the kids nowadays dont have grandparents that care. If my dad didnt kick my butt for acting up, my grandma did not mind doing it for him. I MISS THOSE DAYS. R.I.P. mama-Inez

Whenever us grand kids acted or said something mean my grandma would tell us "Don't be ugly". Also, if we left a door open she would say, "Were you born in a barn?" I still don't understand that phrase. And anytime my mom would get really angry at my bro and I but didn't want to spank us she's say, "Get out of my sight."
 
my dad made me and my brother box when we were little and told we werent going to get Christmas presents because we wouldnt stop fighting in the back of the van. I ended up with a bloody lip and crying in the shower for about 20 minutes
 
Whenever I did poorly in school (often), acted up, and etc..."Get ready for an $*% whoopin"

My brother took a shower while I got my $*% whoopin and avoided his...I tried his method and my dad waited outside the door with a spatula
