Jim Leyland did it a couple years ago in Detroit during the playoffs.
 
Carney Lansford needs to be fired immediately. How does a team that is so horrible at hitting continue to go up to the plate hacking with no consequences. Imall for hitting the first good pitch you see, but we try to hit the first pitch period. I agree with Damon. Its not working. Someone needs to be heldaccountable. Carney is the obvious answer right now.

When D-Bruce was talking about it last night, I couldn't help but agree.
 
There is no way Garko's bat outweighs Ishikawa's glove. It's been enough time for Garko to prove himself. dland, I'm with you.
