It'll go over looked but Frank gave Lip some great advice about responsibility and the type of ppl living in that house when he was complaining about not getting his grant application and nobody telling him about it even though Frank was kind of throwing shots at Sammie on the low.

No I watched. I'm saying as to what happened; no way can she show back up at the house when Chuckie gets out and think she has a place there any further.

If she does I can see even Frank stepping in, he's closer with Carl than any other of the kids.
