I used to live in Flint, and I will never go back to Michigan.
I can't even lie Fresno was really garbage

..Iono I guess I like Minnesota for actually having 4 seasons

we have 4 seasons also.

might not be exaggerated like others, but we have 4 seasons.

Cool in the spring, hot in the summer, chilly in the fall and cold in the winter. doesn't compare to other places, but it's there.

anyway, how do you guys prepare for this? stock up for 2-3 days of food since most places won't open? or are some spots still open? i wouldn't mind experiencing this once

Just finished watching the news, definitely a lot of unhappy people in NYC. Some pics I didn't upload yesterday.

Crazy. If you did not dig you car out and put it in the angle from yesterday where I live in nyc, you had a lot of work that needed to be done today. The plow basically pushed so much snow on to cars, that I said screw shoveling for money today after my first one.

I'm from CT, not NYC, but let me ask a question. If you guys in NYC know a huge storm is coming, why don't you move your cars? Now I know alot of people in Manhattan have no other places to park.

However I was watching the news today and some of the %+@$ I've seen from people in NYC is laughable.I'm seeing people in Staten Island in residential neighborhoods complaining there cars being stuck. And they have freakin' driveways? Put your damn car in the driveway if you can.

Also, can't help to notice the people who think spinning their tires in the snow for minutes on end will get them out. I'm suprised by the number of people I see who won't just grab a damn shovel and do some manual labor for a few minutes.

Also you guys have the largest mass transit system in the world, why are you guys driving in the middle of a snow storm and abandoning your cars in the middle of an intersection? I would never leave my car in an intersection and walk away like alot of people in NYC did yesterday. Go grab a shove and dig yourself out.
