How am I supposed to download those programs that I need or the Java update when my browser won't stay open for more than 10 seconds?
If it's the same thing I had (windowsantivirus2009) then the virus is triggered when your connected to the internet. when I turned on mycomputer and had the internet on it would crash as soon as would load up the desktop. try turning off the internet before you run the computer and run anyvirus scans you have.
If you need to download any virus scans or malware cleaners then you can try and boot in safe mood with networking and turn the internet on after a couple ofminutes. and then download the programs and run them in safe mood.
If you do have access to another pc with internet access then download Malwarebytes and copy it to you pc with a flashdrive and try it. Hope you guys can farebetter than I did. I had to do a system recovery, but was able to keep most of my files.
