So partially refunding 1cent doesn't release Paypal's hold?

damn they caught on to that technique? that used to be my little loophole.
what i do for transactions over $100 now is say for example someones buying something off me for $250 i tell them to send me a payment for $99.99, 5 mins later send another payment for $99.98, and then send a payment for $50.03 later on so that i get my $250 without the funds getting put on hold cuz they were over $100 on one indiviudual transaction
